1. Product Overview

CuNi 70/30 Copper Nickel Pipe, also named cupronickel seamless pipe, is a high-performance alloy pipeline product strictly compliant with ASME B16.5 and UNS C71500 industrial standards. Composed of 70% pure copper and 30% nickel alloy, this seamless pipe adopts integral hot forging and seamless rolling technology, eliminating welding seams and structural defects of ordinary welded pipes. The product features uniform material density, smooth inner and outer wall, stable chemical properties and excellent overall toughness. It is a key basic pipeline material for high-standard industrial and marine engineering piping systems, tailored for long-cycle and high-stability fluid transmission scenarios, different from ordinary carbon steel and stainless steel pipes with poor corrosion resistance.
